Albion Rovers Football Club is based at a 14 acre sports facility at Muirdeach Park, Monasterboice, Drogheda, Co. Louth and the club was formed in 1977. The club currently has 3 full size grass pitches, 2 small sided 7/9 a side grass pitches and an astro turf pitch. Albion Rovers is the largest community football club in the Drogheda Area with over 400 children participating on a weekly basis under the club’s names spread across 30 juvenile boys and girls teams as well as 3 adult teams and an adult ladies team.
